| EuroActive offers the following Returns Policy: We work hand in hand with customers to help them make the appropriate selection. If you’re unsure of something‚ by all means, ask before making the purchase. Returns are not permitted for preference related reasons. If you are sent the wrong part or accessory in error, we will refund your return shipping costs and replace it with the correct item at no additional charge to you. Beyond that, returns are only permitted for defective items which will be replaced with identical item(s) in proper working order. EuroActive offers no warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty, so please take all elements into consideration. In order for us to have the capability to offer the wide array of accessories we do, it is necessary for us to have a floating inventory. This means that some of our products come from the UK or Germany on an as needed basis, and as such the delivery time period for Land Rover goods is can be between 7-14 days, and 14-21 days for BMW products. This does not mean that your product is being shipped directly to you from Europe however. We are the importer, and immediately following check in and individual repackaging, your item(s) will be sent to you the following business day. You will automatically receive an email with your shipping details included. All shipments come with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Once we ship we will automatically send an email to the customer. Any fragile and/or valuable item will be insured against damage or loss by the shipping carrier. |
